10’ Shipping Container

The container is made of anti-corrosive steel: CORTEN A, SPA-H or equivalent.
The container will be built with steel frames, fully-undulated steel on the lateral and the frontal wall, double doors made of undulated steel on the horizontal in the back, roof made of stamped steel and Colt accessories.
All the external welding, including the base frames, will be CO2 gas continuous welding.
The corners will be designed in accordance with ISO 1161 and manufactured within the projects approved by the classification company.
There are two sets of pockets for forklifts, one pair for the fully-loaded container and the other one for the empty container.
Each forklift pocket is made of a flat superior plaque made of steel, with maximum thickness of 3.0 mm and two flat end-plates of 200 mm depth x 6.0 mm thickness between the channel section streams. One set of pockets for forklifts is designed in accordance with the ISO requirements.
The floor will consist of six plywood pieces/bamboo planks, central line in the floor and self-tapping screws.
The wooden/bamboo floor which is going to be built out of hard plywood/bamboo planks with 28 mm thickness longitudinally set on the transversal elements between the floor’s central flat rod line of 4.0 mm thickness and the inferior lateral rails. 1) Wood types: Apitong, hard wood planks or composite of bamboo wood 2) Glue: Phenol-formaldehyde resin.
The back frame will consist of a doorstep, two corner poles, a doorway and four corner accessories which will be welded together to form the door. Each container will have a double-winged door in the back frame, and each door will be able to swing by about 270 degrees.

Two sets of galvanized screws for each closing system for the forged steel handle model are assembled on the left door, and one set (with elongated handles made of pressed steel) is assembled on the right door, using zinced steel screws and Huck screws in accordance with the TIR requirements.
The left-side door cannot be opened without opening the right-side door when the container is sealed in accordance with the TIR requirements. Requirements for the customs seals are provided on each handle fixing device and for the lock in order to cover the sealed area as per the TIR requirements. Five (5) tie-down eyes are welded on each superior and interior lateral rail on the embossed undulations of the lateral panels, but they do not extrude any loading space (a total of 20 rings). Three (3) anchor rods are welded on each corner pole in 150 mm position above the floor and 200 mm below the inferior surface of the superior corner fitting and the middle of the corner pole. Each back corner is provided with a support slot, with a dimension of 60 mm width x 40 mm depth, so that 2 1/4" -thick laths can be arranged in order to prevent the doors deterioration because of the load movement.
Each container will have 8 small plastic labyrinth fans.
Each fan is fixed on the superior right-side and left-side of each lateral wall with three 5.0 mm diameters. Huck screws of stainless steel in accordance with the TIR requirements after the superior cover had been dried and tied with sealing material on all the peripheral sides, with the exception of the inferior side, in order to prevent water leakage.
