In a world where social problems are more and more complex and more urgent, the modular construction can be a rapid and efficient solution to offer temporary housing to homeless people. An eloquent example in this sense is the project we undertook for Cluj City Hall, where we managed to implement such a solution in record time.
The 26 containers were furnished and equipped with all the facilities necessary for decent living conditions and they are proof of the fact that, through modular construction, we can offer a temporary living space to people going through difficult times. Illumination, radiator, and air conditioning are essential features, and the external staircase offers easy access to the living spaces.
Priced at approximately 13,000 Euro not including VAT, this modular solution is a viable option which answers the community’s urgent needs. In addition, it can be adapted and extended according to necessities, offering an increased degree of flexibility and adaptability.
In conclusion, the modular construction can be a prompt and efficient answer to social problems, such as homeless people. The project undertaken by Cluj City Hall is proof of the fact that, through such solutions, we can contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the most vulnerable of our people.
